The Do It Right team is in charge of giving the induction to give them
a welcome and transparency to the new collaborators of the
company where each of the areas interacts to reinforce and transmit
our organizational culture

Our training team – DIR – uses a training methodology and effective
development called 70/30 which allows us to make more realistic in
training

We use gamification to be able to make each of the activities more interactive. training through games and recreational activities

Once the training is finished, our Operations, Quality, and Training team join forces to be able to accompany the new collaborators in the operation and thus be able to perfect their skills and competencies with the effective NESTING method. which feeds back, develops, and decreases the learning curve

We use interactive platforms such as Kahoot are used to reinforce learning with the information learned.

OPS, QA and Training

Our research and development team worked together with Do It Right and training to integrate an assistant that reinforces knowledge and answers questions about operational processes through an AI into our training

Our continuous training is applied consistently in each of the campaigns, reinforcing both soft and technical skills based on a diagnosis (DNC) or a request from Operations/Quality to work on areas of opportunity for the campaign, or updates that we need to communicate to the collaborators
